"Coaching" Module
Coaching is a core skill and a foundation for effective performance management and is required for leaders to be successful in the any environment. Coaching is truly about motivating and developing, to help influence behaviors, and create a consistent, positive experience for the person being coached. It is the role of the leader to effectively coach. This level of coaching will inevitably build talent, build capability and in essence, build the PCA  talent pool.
